Booking a charter with Australian Made Charters you (“the customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions:
A 50% non-refundable deposit to the total value of the charter is required to secure your booking. Australian Made Charters reserves the right to debit your credit card if a cancellation is made.
Australian Made Charters reserves the right to cancel tours subject to weather conditions at the total discretion of the captain. Australian Made Charters reserves the right not to allow any passenger to board the vessel if they seem intoxicated whereby they forfeit their deposit.
